By purchasing a ticket to The Beartaria Times National Festival on BeartariaTimes.Events you must understand and agree to these terms as well as our Privacy Policy and our website Terms Of Use.
Unless stated otherwise, the definitions used in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are the same as those used in these Event Terms.
The Beartaria Times National Fesitval (The Event) is hosted by The Beartaria Times Event Management LLC.
The Event is a private event on private property. By purchasing tickets for The Event you must understand and agree to these terms including the check-in protocols which includes but not limited to;
- Obeying parking directions
- Showing your ID
- Signing a waiver of liability
- Obeying all rules and direction from The Beartaria Times Event Management Staff and Contractors throughout the event
You must understand and agree that The Event is a dry event and no alcohol is permitted on the property.
By purchasing a ticket and attending The Event you understand and agree that The Beartaria Times Event Management staff and contractors can ask you to leave at any time in which you agree to fully comply to.
Reasons to be asked to leave may include but not limited to,
- Failure to present a valid ticket and/or ID
- Failure to keep your attendee bracelet
- Breaking event rules
- Dangerous behavior
- Disturbances
- Harassment of other attendees
- Indecent behavior
- Encouraging others to break The Event rules
- Discussion of, or planning to circumvent event rules or safety protocols
You agree to comply with all rules, safety procedures and directions including but not limited to;
- Keeping your ticket information private
- Parking directions
- Check-in directions
- Rules and safety protocols
- Event closing procedures
- No video of photography without expressed permission
- No solicitation with expressed permission from The Beartaria Times Event Management Staff or Contractors which includes but not limited to; Handing out flyers, selling products and gathering people to showcase products or public speaking
- Accessing off limits locations around the perimeter of the event location
Upon checking into the event you will be given these rules and possibly more. Failure to respect and obey The Event rules can lead to you being asked to leave. Failure to leave upon request can lead to you being charged for trespassing.
By purchasing a ticket to the event you must understand and agree that this is our first event and you are helping support its development and no refunds will be granted for any reason including but not limited to,
- Unsafe environments outside of our control
- Bad weather
- Other factors outside of our control
By purchasing a ticket you agree that in the event of a cancellation we will do our best to postpone and establish a new date for the event, however you agree that we are not obligated or restricted within a specific timeline to establish new dates for the event.
