NO DOGS –
Exceptions will be made for service animals who have been trained to preform specific tasks as required due to a disability.
There will be no RV hookups. Simple boondocking only.
By bringing a vehicle you should understand that in the event of heavy rain and parking on grass or dirt slope your vehicle may need to be pulled out which we can assist with if needed.
When purchasing a ticket you should make sure that you use the correct email and correct name.
Your name is bound to your ticket and ticket number.
YOU MUST SHOW ID TO ENTER.
You and your ID must match the ticket.
When purchasing a ticket you will receive an email that you should print out.
You should keep your ticket number and your receipt completely private.
When arriving at the event, you will be asked to show your ticket and ID at check-in.
You will be told about parking and you will be given a brief list of rules and safety procedures.
Attendees should Aim to join the event when it starts as we will have an introductory seminar that will cover the event and how some of our activities will be run.
Specific parking and camping locations will be designated as well as general locations.
You should come prepared to camp with sleeping gear and necessities.
You are welcome to bring food however, there will be a variety of vendors that will serve food and supporting the vendors is greatly appreciated.
